About the Role

DOCSI is seeking a Manager of Solution Delivery to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in building our Solution Delivery Team, ensuring the seamless implementation and ongoing success of our solutions for our expanding customer base. Reporting to our Director of Customer Success, you'll be at the forefront of providing unparalleled service to our clients, driving implementation, and delivering ongoing value.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Launch and Implementation Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for enterprise-level rollouts, coordinating across multiple sites and teams to ensure smooth deployments.

  • Ongoing Account Management: Provide high-touch, proactive communication with health system leadership, supply chain and perioperative team members and surgeons as a primary customer touch-point and advocate.

  • Data Analysis: Conduct analysis to understand customer data, identify problems and strategize  efforts to deliver value and inform future product development.

  • Responsive Customer Support: Prioritize rapid response and proactive support, ensuring our customers feel supported and valued at all times.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Create, distribute, and present recurring customer reports, providing analysis of optimization opportunities, progress on current campaigns and metrics related to past work.

  • Training and Education: Educate and train customer teams on the benefits and functionalities of DOCSI, empowering them to use our solution confidently and effectively.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure a cohesive approach to customer success.

  • Action-Oriented Self-Starter: Have a bias towards jumping into new and potentially open-ended challenges with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, a knack for process development, and strong follow through.

  • Attention to Detail: Consistently apply high attention to detail in all aspects of work, from communication to data analysis.

  • Excited by Data Exploration & Analysis Work: Energized by investigating data to uncover insights and requirements related to customer implementation and reporting. Feels at home working in spreadsheets, but also comfortable communicating with and creating deliverables for stakeholders with a range of technical aptitudes.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excel at breaking down complex problems, analyzing components, and devising innovative solutions.

  • Organization and Process Driven: Maniacal organization skills, excellent attention to detail, and commitment to strong communication are a must.

  • Available to work full-time out of our office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
