Andrew DeLeeuw, MBA

Chief Executive Officer


Andrew has a distinctive background in product development in emerging technologies. He is a seasoned leader with eight years of experience in U.S. Navy special operations. Andrew excels in managing teams and leading them to success through unknown challenges. He is passionate about finding new and unique ways to improve the current healthcare system.
Andrew received his MBA from Duke and BA in healthcare administration from the University of Wisconsin S.P.

Pearce McCarty, MD, MBA

President & Chief Medical Officer

Pearce is passionate about leveraging digital technology to improve healthcare. He is a Harvard-trained orthopedic surgeon with over fifteen years of clinical experience in both private-practice and institutional surgical settings, including twelve seasons as team physician for the Minnesota Twins. He has over ten years of experience in medical device consulting and holds multiple device patents. Additionally, he has spent a decade working in various leadership roles in institutional healthcare settings.


Pearce received his MBA from Duke, orthopedic residency at Harvard, sports fellowship at Rush, MD from Ole Miss and BA from Brown.

Connor brings a wealth of well-rounded startup experience into his role at DOCSI. A talented software engineer by training, he's built a career out of enabling technology to tackle complex problems. Yet, he's most fulfilled when enabling people around him to succeed. The blending of these goals and skills pushes everything Connor builds forward.

Josh abandoned the allures of corporate engineering at the start of his career for start-up life, where he has been creating products and experiences with cohesive form and function and hasn’t looked back.
